Well, the media are right

The spirit in which this series was played shames the pathetic behaviour of footballers.

Compare how hard these teams went at it and the way they were able to smile, shake hands have a beer and have genuine respect for each other.

On Sunday I was flicking around when it was raining at the Oval and watched five minures of Bolton v Blackburn. I saw Robbie Savage haring around like a c**t and El Hadji Diouf diving.

I put the cricket back on and watched it rain.
