Genuiine tech help required, girlfeind spazzing out

we are sorting out the baby room at the mo ready for arrival of shoddy jnr, and i wondered if anyone had any experince of a webcam thingy that we can put above his bed so we can look at it via our laptops?

needs to wireless obviously... thing is we are skint as, so that must be a consideration.

I promise I'll get the beers in......
