I this week's installment is a little less controversial / eye-opening than the previous

ones.

Not knocking it - still an interesting read - but I think the stuff in this week's is basically what we'd all expect (not agree with of course) and therefore a little less to debate.

I think most of the root causes for the challenges in this one were already touched upon in previous episodes.
