Matter of opinion, of course.

Think you're being a bit unfair on individual sports though - for me, watching Zatopek or Bannister or whoever smash a world record is just as inspirational as watching (say) the French midfield in the 1980s tearing teams apart, or Wenger's Arsenal team in their prime putting together an attack.

Still find cricket overwhelmingly boring, though ... sorry ...
