I don't speak to my neighbours much, I do pay by cash a lot, and with the direction our house faces, and the size of the window in the front room, the sun is often either on the tele, or in my eyes on the sofa!

Therefore the curtains get shut.

More so though I don't like the idea of encouraging people to spy and snitch on each other. Simply doesn't end well.
