Fine for those of us who don't mind a bit of tinkering to maintain an array of free anti-malware packages and fix things as we go along*; but maybe the ordinary punter just wants something that does the job without any messing around (again, I don't know any details and don't endorse Norton)

* except I don't have to do anything like this because...
