Help required from Wrothers everywhere off of Wrath of the Barclay.

Does anyone who know anything about lactose intolerance?

I have Nasie Jr's birthday sleepover this weekend, and was planning to do pizzas and then chocolate birthday cake for the kids tea. Now I find out one of those coming is lactose intolerant so no cheese or chocolate or general dairy products. Right I thought I'll do hot dogs instead, but after a bit of reading I see both most breads/rolls and processed meats are on the banned list... as are most crisps, certain sweets, breakfast cereals etc.

What can I do?
