I just have this irritation with players

playing out of position. A player playing out of position is thinking, rather than just playing. I hate it when Norwich have done it over the years. I hate it when USA stick Donovan and Dempsey outside when they are both better centrally. The way you make players and teams better is internal competition. Stevie and Frank, have at it boys. There's one spot available. And whoever wins that spot you better play your ass off to keep it because I got a guy waiting to take it. Much like the real world.
