Doesn't seem the Declan mindset

as he's a local boy through and through - I doubt very much that he's a toys out of pram if he had to miss it. Everything he's said suggests that he wants to make it with Norwich. I'm not being parochial here in fact - I think that we've introduced too many layers in the england setup in the hope that it will improve the senior side and yet all we seem to have done is raise the hopes of a lot of youngsters without any further action. Plenty of examples of confidence being shattered in the other direction - how does Theo Walcott feel now? Similarly it seems that most of the real prospects play a level above - at least.
