trouble is....

your reasoning is fine, from a norwich fans point of veiw! but I'm sure declans veiw would be that he has a chance of playing for england and going away with england..... or sit on a bench in a pre season friendly for norwich.... stopping him going could be detrimental and could piss declan off!
