Not, actually 100% horses**t, but when you take out the parts of it that are common f**king sense, all the rest is just some overpaid w**kbasket getting you to stand up during meetings without really knowing what it is you do.

The parts about use-case analysis, user "stories", and parcelling up work into "what can we do in the next fortnight" are all good, but they fall into my "common f**king sense" catch-all above.
