bet it's a really simple explanation

if it isn't, I reckon if you tell em you have everything off, nothing auto, they'll credit you back to 5gb, cos you're on a long term deal

They'll want to do it to make them look good, and will make you want to stay when renewal comes round

Aren't 3 the ones that throw everything at their customers in order to compete with the rest of the market?
