rather than the 'gain' to Norwich. I can see both sides, but I think given the argument was about the approach and the recompense for a lost manager I'm not really sure how our performances impact. I'm sure during the tribunal someone said in response to me making a similar comment about Col wanting more as we have been more successful that this couldn't be a factor.
