until the parliamentary voting system is changed it will never be representative

vote against the party line and be personally ruined by the whips or kicked out of the party and into political no-man's land.
Not sure how to reform this exactly, but MPs voting in line with pressure from other party members isn't realy what parliamentary representation is about is it
