I started on the checkouts, moved onto the cigarette kiosk, then stock control (couldn't handle the 5am starts) and finally back to the cigarette kiosk. In between I worked on every department at some point.

I would never have made management as I?m too intelligent and would have been a threat the glorified shelf stackers that are Sainsbury?s department managers.
