What was your first job?
My first job was almost the best paper round in the world. Basically, the newsagent was obviously doing a good trade and could afford to have a relief paperbot (ooh err missus) anyway my job was to stand-in for any skiving little wusses that didn't turn in. If everyone turned in then all I had to do was to deliver the papers to the two hotels in town (30 minute job including the commute to and from the shop). Downside was that if it was pissing down someone would always skive off. I got his money though.
My first "proper" job was working in a meat processing plant before I took the Queens shilling. There were some right capers in there I can tell you. It was along time before I dared to eat sausages.
