i read a book recently about a chap who motorcycled down africa
he hit an old man in a village and sadly the old man lost a leg in the impact. the motorcycle blokey was slammed in the local jail........
"the jail cage itself was quite large but housed about forty to fifty souls in quite squalid conditions. I had never been amongst so many people yet felt so desperately alone. In the darkness I suddenly noticed a gap in the crowd had opened and the largest black man I had ever seen walked slowly towards me, naked, masturbating...."
