Actually, if I may just reveal a little more self than one normally does in public...

That first one I did: my daughter, then mid-teens, was at my house at the time, and later in the day I overheard her on the 'phone to her friend. She said "Yeah and my Dad just dealt with it, oh my God, do you remember when so-and-so had one and they all panicked blah blah etc etc".

I don't know about you and your families, but for me it's not a common thing to hear, your kids singing your praises. It's, er, one of the happiest few minutes I've ever enjoyed.
