Do they really have much of a claim though

Surely an illegal approach is hellishly difficult to prove, and beyond that, there's not much to argue about is there?

Sorry I know this is old ground, but I'm still not sure whether the real issues is sour grapes and greed, or a bona fide law-breaking reason to kick up a fuss.
