Then it depends on the speed of the tribunal, but you can be absolutely sure that IF they were going to do a points deduction they would announce it very VERY soon, because it has a material effect on the league's workings (unless they did something cowardly like working out how many points they could deduct without actually affecting our league position, and then deducting those).

Now we're promoted we may try to buy the claim off since we have some extra money. But we're leaving it pretty late if that's the strategy.
