Yeah, I avoid driving with mega hangovers. Think you're still over the limit, but even
worse, if you are a beer over you are conscious of it. When you're hung over you behave as though you are not. While I am not saying that going a beer over the limit and trying to be "careful" is OK, I think the hangover version is even worse.
