could always do what i did........

knowing i was splitting up and deciding to move away from gloucester, I knew I wanted to move no more than 40 or so minutes away, had to be north - as this was "closer" to getting home to norwich - so i spent a saturday afternoon in each of evesham, tewkesbury, worcester and droitwich... walking up and down the high streets, getting property info from local estate agents...... was really easy to narrow down choices by feel of the place, amenities, shops, bars, restaurents - whether I wanted a fully feldged city, a fair sized market town, or smaller but lively town....

had i been in my 20's would have picked worcester - very lively and busy city, had i been in my 30's would have picked evesham - but hitting 40 chose droitwich - still quite a few pubs, restaurents, shopping precinct etc - everything i need, and only 4 miles away from worcester.... dont have any family/friends or work colleagues in any of these places, but just went for it based on what i saw..... no regrets, loving droity!
