Where abouts is it? This area of Lancs is very lucky in that respect.

Large developement between three towns, Presto, Chorley and Leyland in the 60s but is very spread out with lots of countryside and several large country parks. I live half way between Preston and Chorley, 2 minutes from M6, M65 and M61, 5 mins from 2 supermarkets but my house backs onto a large country park and i'm literally minutes from nice countryside
