The point is he is trying to rectify past mistakes. I don't think he is making the same one again. Any increased expenditure next season will be planned for. Hence the "knife twisting" of trying to generate more income from your customer base.

I hate referring to us fans as customers but from a financial point of view that is how they must consider us.
