a. its unethical
b. it would have serious implications on our ability to get credit in the future for things like putting a 2nd tier on the city stand/jarrold.
c. We don?t need to go into administration as we are ok trading the way we are, and if we got promoted would cement our future
d. Once at the mercy of an administrator suddenly your prize Holt?s and Hoolahans get sold for pennies.
