i think it was the best decision

in the past perhaps it would have been made by a committee formed from the FA, the england manager, the premier league, the sports minsiter, the church of england, the deputy prime minister and a bloke from york. the rights and wrongs of what terry did can be debated forever. fact is it's happened and the best man to deal with it is capello. sorry ied.
