and i don't think anyone would've had too much problem with a few kicks or punches to help subdue the intruder they chased and caught

but it was the severity of the beating they dealt with that is the problem here, i've never broken a cricket bat in 3 before but i'm guessing there's a f**k load of beating it'll take before it breaks
