I can see this getting sorted out behind closed doors before it reaches a hearing.

The football powers would rather clubs just settle at a reasonable figure and move on.

The problem is one of the parties comes off as an irational/unreasonable person.

The same person who would rather lose money at his club by letting seats remain unsold.
