Is that things were so unhappy behind the scenes that it affected the team. And that Worthington felt his hands were tied, and unable to sign more quality. Looking back, it's remarkable how divisive such a placid man was really: there was more anger towards him from some than any of Grant, Roeder or Delia IMO.
