Paul Lambert vs Martin O'Neil

Its interesting if we look at the career of Martin O'neil.
Some people have suggested that Lambo is of the same ilk and destined for bigger things.

Martin O'Neil gradually moved up the managerial ladder

If Lambert does go to Burnley its a huge jump considering that most of his early positions were very good situations.
Except when he walked out on Livingstone

How will he handle being the smallest fish in the biggest pond ?
Overall he has very little experience of a bigger club except for his short time at Norwich

If he does go it would be interesting if he puts in bids for any of our players?
