to be fair

St Darren of Huckerby spoke last night and said that Wes can be frustrating, as well as brilliant. And I think that's it.

On Saturday I thought it was WEs's weakest performance for ages - big men on him, not really free to roam, slippery pitch - gave the ball away a lot. Last night I thought was his best performance yet. But it does all hinge on that position - again as Lord Huckster said - he's not a winger as pace isn't his strength- yet two managers tried to play him there.

If we can watch football like we did last night I'll be happy forever.
