To be fair, I shared his opinion

Mainly as a reaction to those who were slamming Rusty and fawning over Wesly during pre-season. Based on what I saw of him last season, I thought he contributed far less than Rusty did.

However, since he's returned from his exile he's literally* had a hand in nearly every goal. Maybe it's down to the lack of quality of opponents this season or maybe he just took time to settle. I love him now.

* The Andy Townsend usage of the word literally of course.
