Aye, that is something i'd agree with, wouldn't have a problem with that.

Is a bit of a mess with the NHS isn't it?

Like I sort of said though, if the cash is needed to cover financial loss, then that's fine.
If your main bread winner can't work as a result of an error, or a child will need lifelong care for example, its fully justified for me.
