FAO techfaces and Pensexualits - internet access problem.

At work we have BT Business Broadband.

On the 5th November this was upgraded to the new '20mb' broadband.

We didn't have to change any settings on anything (macchines or router).

However since this date we cannot:

Play any BBC iplayer stuff

'Listen Live to any Beeb radio stations

We are getting messages such as:

"The server timed out while waiting for the browser's request. Reference #2.cc557bd5.1258717219.0"

And with videos, radio etc on Beeb - "A script in this flash movie is running slow etc etc"

Someone has mentioned DNS settings and the fact that most access stuff is on a 15 second loop and if you don't access it in that time it will time out.

I don't know what any of this means and would be grateful of any help.

I have rung BT receiving an "it's not us gov" response - but it does seem strange all these problems have only existed since our upgrade day.

help...
