Just copy the entire iTunes library directory over to you new latop

If you copy the whole directory and over right the new empty directory on the new laptop then it will keep all your existing play counts, etc.

If you've bought any music from the Itunes music library then remember to Deauthorize the old laptop as you can only have 5 PC's Authorized at once.
