You might need the library files too; but I guess you're talking PCs so I'm not sure where they might be... On the Mac it's in the iTunes folder called iTunes Library (and there might be a file ending in .xml file too).
The only problem you might have is that iTunes purchases might need to be re-authorised or something daft. I don't know much about that though. Suggest you go to the Apple site and have a trawl through their knowledge base - it's bound to be a popular thing one would do.
