but we didn't look like we were playing teams of much lesser calibre before he took over. Like all the others he has taken over a struggling team, but of his 3 predecessors only Worthy really achieved anything.

We have come up with a theory that with hindsight the big mistake was sacking Granty. All that would have happened is we went down a year earlier, but we'd have saved a fortune which would have put us in a much better position to get back.
