Gunn started - Jan 09

All their first three months in charge included a transfer window and could therefore do more transfer deals. Also they had time to get to know their squad before deciding on deals etc.

Lambert started on 14 Aug and could not have made many decisions before the transfer window closed on 31st.

However I do think Lambert is the first proper manager we've had in a while and will do a good job.
