although having said that Worthy's strength was getting the best out of what he had, it's odd that it was Granty who got the best out of Dickson.

My theory is that managers just click with a certain group of players and then as that group breaks up they struggle. Lambo seems to have clicked with this lot, hopefuly he will have the sense to let this squad evolve rather than making wholesale changes should we, for example, go up.
