I like Gunny, don't get me wrong.

But as Pants says, he's gone now, and any credit shared with Lambert is unjustified.

But for Coote to go on radio and, when asked directly about his punditry, lie that 'He didn't really talk about behind the scenes things' when it was all over the local rags the next morning that he DID talk about it and he DID moan about the backroom staff is rather galling.

He was a great servant to the club whose love for it didn't know his own limitations. Doesn't give you a free pass when it inevitably goes s**tty.
