as i dared to buy an airline ticket. phone up, key in account number, card number date of birth etc etc. Repeat all the same to a hoomern. she then transfers me to another hoomern who asks me to repeat everything I've already told them twice. 18 minutes on the phone. to unlock my account. which has nothing wrong with it. barstids.
