Just been on the phone to Virgin and was left waiting for ages and ages and then suddenly an article I read years ago popped into my head. The article said big companies now had special technology that can hear when a person is getting impatient on the end of the line waiting for a person to answer and they skip them to the front of the queue. So I said "f**king w**kers" "FUCKING!" down the phone and within 5 seconds a person answered!!! BINGO.
