People just can't handle the simple facts when Man Utd or other big teams score late goals. Doing as you suggest would simply make time wasting increase, not solve it.
More bookings for blatent time wasting would be better and solve late subs
My idea is with subs if you are subbed play continues with that player coming off unable to interfere with play (booked if he does) and the new guy unable to come on until subbed player comes off. That will make them run.
