Why not just extend Football to 50 minutes each half, and regardless of what stoppages, the game is over on 100minutes

Same for extra time

Either that or just quit the extra time thing, ban subs after the 80th minute regardless of the circumstance

It's time for the game to end when it ends, or if there's a need for even out, then the game should move from 90 to 100 minutes
