Doesn't it work like this?
If you are applying for a job, the potential employer can probably say "It's company policy to include a urine sample as part of the application process", and you can certainly say "Well I'm not willing to give one" and then they can say "Well don't let the door hit your arse on the way out, drugboy"
If you are already IN a job, I would have thought that they can't do random tests on you UNLESS it's in your terms and conditions of employment that they can.

- Wouldn't that ensure that no one under 30 would ever get a job? (n/m) (General Chat) - DNB41, Sep 15, 12:12:23
