that so many kids gaining 10 and 11 "o'levels" at grade A have devalued them, she disagrees. Same as SO many peeps gaining a degree - in my day only the top 10% had a degree, not like 90% today!

Today I use a degree to help filter job candidates, and thats about it - - the people I interveiw and employ normally have more qualifications than me! And most of them have zero common sense or relevent experience!
