I'm not sure, there certainly isn't much progress

but I do believe there is a little. We have no right to get on our high horses with the Spanish, but we can be relatively proud of having made some progress at least. They've made no effort whatsover and on the whole I find the Spanish to be quite offensively racist about any non-Europeans
