we actually don't sit back

the problem is because we are almost always second best in midfield, if the other team really wants to attack (which tends to happen when they are behind) WE CAN'T STOP THEM. We can ONLY attack when the other team is content to sit back. This usually means games at Carra where we aren't winning (since away teams are usually reasonably content with a draw). The moment we get aheah they stop being content to defend and start attacking, which makes it look like we're deliberately sitting back when in fact we are simply losing the midfield battle.
