Could of built a shed or greenhouse in my garden, and got rid on the leylandii.
Reroofed my house (badly needs it).
Got a new kitchen.
Replaced the carpets.
Bought Mrs AB's new car, instead of borrowing the bobdinero off mother-in-law.

Any one of those. More than one probably.
