Roger

used to be standard Phonetic Alphabet Thingie for the letter R, but got changed to Romeo instead.

I think it should be reintroduced to the alphabet, preferably in place of Mike, which is crap. OK it doesn't properly represent the letter M, but it wouldn't take long for people to learn it.
